You may also request RMAs for defective equipment by sending an e-mail to rma@harmonicinc.com.
The following information must be included in the request:
- Company Name
- Site Address
- Contact Name of the Requestor
- Phone Number of the Requestor
- Model Number
- Serial Number
- Problem Description
One of our Technical Support Engineers will work with you to verify that your equipment is defective and, if needed, your unit will be repaired or replaced.
For out of warranty RMAs, payment by purchase order or credit card will be required prior to the RMA number being issued.
Once an RMA number has been issued, defective equipment should be returned to:

Returned product must be well packaged, according to international rules (complying with ESD requirements). The package must be clearly labeled with the RMA number(s).
