To reserve space in a training class, please press here or contact Technical Training directly by phone or email. Due to the high demand for classes, reserved space will be held for five working days pending arrangements for payment.

Please note that students are responsible for their transportation and hotel reservations. For your convenience, the following link offers local hotel information, maps and directions to our training center. Breakfast and lunch are made available on training days.

TUITION
View the class description for the cost of tuition for each class offered (See class offerings). A company purchase order to Harmonic is acceptable payment for class tuition.

One seat in the four-day System Operations & Troubleshooting class taught in Sunnyvale is included with each NMX Controller purchased.

You may also have tuition for certain classes included if your organization has purchased system integration services from the Harmonic Consulting and Integration group. You will need to check with your Harmonic account executive or program manager to determine what training is included with your Harmonic integration services.

If the class you are requesting is included with your Harmonic purchase, type "included in PO # XXXX" in the PO# field of the registration form.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A full refund will be provided for cancellations more than one week before the class. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations less than one week before the class. No refund will be provided for "no-shows."
