Throughout the process of designing, integrating and installing a system, the customer works very closely with their Harmonic Sales Representative and a team of Harmonic professionals to ensure that the specific requirements of the system are met. This team includes System Architects who design a system to the customer's specifications.

Once the design is approved, Harmonic's System Integration team develops project plans and detailed designs for review and approval. Next, the system is assembled and thoroughly tested in Harmonic's staging area, before finally being shipped to the customer site, re-assembled, integrated, re-tested and made operational. Harmonic understands the complexity of broadband systems and no details will be missed.
